Music Rights & Catalog Administration
Organization and maintenance of ownership information, contributor records, agreements, identifiers, registrations, and recording and composition metadata.
This work establishes reliable administrative records to support rights clarity, future licensing, and continuing catalog management.
Distribution & Publishing Administration
Preparation and administration of commercial music releases, distribution workflows, publishing registrations, and associated rights information.
Responsibilities may include release delivery, metadata alignment, publishing administration, and coordination with distributors, collection organizations, and existing service providers.
Royalty Oversight & Reporting
Review and organization of royalty statements, revenue information, allocation records, and catalog performance.

Publicity & Campaign Coordination
Effective releases require coordination between the infrastructure supporting the music and the communications bringing it to market.
SunGrass Records collaborates with GALpr, an independent public relations and strategic communications organization, to support selected projects requiring coordinated publicity and campaign services.
Where appropriate, SunGrass Records oversees its assigned label, release, and administrative responsibilities while GALpr provides specialized publicity and communications services. Responsibilities, project coordination, and commercial arrangements are established according to the scope of each engagement.
Engagement Structure
SunGrass Records does not require every artist or project to enter the same type of relationship.
Engagements may encompass a defined development cycle, a single release, a specific administrative assignment, or continuing support for an artist or catalog.
The appropriate structure depends on the work required, the parties already involved, and the responsibilities SunGrass Records is prepared to undertake.
Scope, compensation, decision-making authority, applicable rights, and duration are established through written agreements.
